Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Package Your Cushions

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailer and attach the return label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, we will issue your refund or ship your exchange.
